Video Upload and Processing

When using our AI video background removal features, You may upload videos. You must only upload videos that you own or are authorized to use, including explicit permission from any identifiable person where required by law. These videos are used solely to provide the requested Service outputs.

Data Handling

• Uploaded videos are temporarily stored on our servers for processing
• Original uploaded videos are automatically deleted within 7 days after upload
• Processed output videos are stored for 7 days so you can download them
• In some cases, the videos may be shared with trusted third-party AI rendering providers who are contractually bound to process the data only for the requested Service output and not to retain or misuse it

By using the upload feature, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the videos and consent to this limited and temporary processing.

Use of Your Personal Data

Google may process information such as your IP address, browser or device information, the page you visit, and your consent choices to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent invalid traffic in ads. Where required, Google presents its own consent management message. Depending on your choices, Google may show personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Limited ads do not use personal data for personalization, but programmatic limited ads may use cookies or local storage solely to detect invalid traffic.

Delete Your Personal Data

You can delete your account in Settings → Profile. Before confirming, download any files you want to keep. Deletion is permanent: it removes your account, task history, remaining credits and associated records from our application database, and revokes your login sessions. Administrators can also delete an account on your behalf. If an account owns site articles or categories, that content must be transferred or removed first. The last administrator must appoint another administrator before deleting their account.

Uploaded and generated files remain subject to our storage lifecycle and are automatically removed within 7 days of being stored. Account deletion does not immediately erase these files or cancel work already running with external processing providers. Download links already issued may continue to work until they expire.

To prevent repeated claims of welcome credits, we retain an email-derived fingerprint after account deletion. The deletion registry contains this fingerprint, not your original email address or task history. It can still be matched to the same email and is not anonymous data. We use it only to enforce the one-time welcome-credit rule and retain it while that rule remains in operation. Registering again with the same email will not grant first-login bonus credits.

You can contact support@vidbgremover.com to request help with deletion, access or correction, or to ask us to review retention of your information, including the email fingerprint. Account deletion does not itself remove records held independently by payment or other external service providers; their retention practices are described in their own privacy policies.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not share sensitive personal identifiers, such as your account ID, email address, or real name, with these third-party AI processors unless necessary to provide or secure the Service. Video data transmitted for AI processing is de-identified where technically feasible to protect your privacy.

These providers are authorized to process User Content only for the purpose of providing the requested processing, infrastructure, security, or support services to VidBG Remover.
